1. Booking & Reservations

1.1 All bookings must be made via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email.
1.2 A valid driver’s license and the renter’s full contact details are required to complete a booking.
1.3 Bookings are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

2. Rental Period

2.1 Rental periods begin at the agreed pickup time and end at the agreed drop-off time.
2.2 Late returns may incur additional fees at Go Cart Belize’s discretion.

3. Payment & Deposits

3.1 A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit will be returned upon safe return of the cart.
3.2 Payment can be made by cash (BZD/USD), credit/debit card, or approved digital payment.
3.3 Full payment is required prior to pickup.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

4.1 Cancellations made 24 hours before pickup are fully refundable.
4.2 Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a partial or full cancellation fee.
4.3 Go Cart Belize reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

5. Delivery & Pickup

5.1 Go Cart Belize provides free delivery and pickup within San Pedro and surrounding areas.
5.2 Delivery times are approximate. The renter must be present at the agreed location.

6. Driver Requirements

6.1 Drivers must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
6.2 Only approved drivers are permitted to operate the cart.

7. Use of Carts

7.1 Carts must be used responsibly and in accordance with Belizean traffic laws.
7.2 Off-road use beyond designated areas is strictly prohibited.
7.3 Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying illegal substances in the cart is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Insurance

8.1 The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the cart during the rental period.
8.2 Go Cart Belize provides basic insurance coverage. The renter may be liable for damage exceeding the coverage or caused by reckless driving.
8.3 Go Cart Belize is not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the rental.

9. Roadside Assistance

9.1 Go Cart Belize provides 24/7 roadside assistance.
9.2 Any issues must be reported immediately for assistance.

10. Safety & Maintenance

10.1 The renter must inspect the cart at pickup and report any pre-existing damage.
10.2 The renter is responsible for operating the cart safely and following all posted instructions.
10.3 Maintenance or repairs during the rental period must be coordinated with Go Cart Belize.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes will be resolved under Belizean jurisdiction.

12. Amendments

Go Cart Belize reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.
